If you need to cancel a booking, modify a reservation, or learn about payment procedures, you're in the right place. We'll guide you through any cancellations or changes and clarify the implications of any alterations made.
Payment on JWguest
When you're ready to reserve a stay but need to handle the payment, we support various payment methods depending on the country where your payment account is based. The accepted payment methods will be displayed on the checkout page before finalizing your booking. Your payment method will most likely be charged once your reservation is confirmed.
Should you need to cancel, any refund will be subject to the Host's cancellation policy. Therefore, it's crucial to review the specifics before booking to ensure they suit your needs.
Adjusting or canceling bookings
It's perfectly fine to change plans. First, ensure that you're logged into your JWguest account. Next, navigate to the "Trips" section and select the reservation (for a stay or Experience) you wish to amend.
Tell the host your change and write to support@jwguest.com. Also, check your host's Cancellation Policy (Flexible, Moderate, or Strict) on the listing page.
You'll find options to change or cancel—follow the steps provided, and the process will be managed seamlessly. In case of an emergency or an unavoidable situation, consult our Extenuating Circumstances Policy for comprehensive information.
