To help build trust and a good reputation on JWguest, guests, and hosts review each other after each reservation is completed.Before hosting a guest, you can check out their reviews from other hosts.
Easy communication
Requirements to book
You can demand that all guests provide identification to JWguest before booking with you. You’ll also have the opportunity to review reservations in advance or add extra requirements for who can book.As a further check, every JWguest reservation is scored for risk, and we cancel any bookings that appear suspicious.
Your space, your rules
To help set expectations, you can add House Rules that guests have to agree to before booking, for example, restrictions on pets and events.If a guest breaks one of these rules once they’ve booked, you can cancel the reservation.

Frequently asked questions
Cleaning fee: You can either incorporate a cleaning fee into your nightly price or add a cleaning fee in your pricing settings.
Other fees: To charge extra fees outside of your rates (like a late check-in or pet fee), you must first disclose these potential charges to guests before booking and then use our Resolution Center to request payment for additional fees securely.
