Cancel a not-confirmed reservation
You can go to your Trips to cancel or change your reservation.
Cancel a confirmed reservation
If you want to cancel your booking before your check-in, you must notify us of your cancellation with a written statement (by email) to the host/us or write us at support@jwguest.com. Your cancellation will only be effective when you have received a confirmation email from us.

Request a refund during your stay
To request a refund during your stay, follow these steps:
- Contact your host: Initiate a conversation with your host to discuss any issues you may be experiencing. In many cases, they can resolve the problem or offer a reasonable and pacific solution.
- Document the issue: Take photos or videos to provide evidence of the problem. This will support your refund request if the issue is not resolved.
- Contact JWguest Support: If your host is unable to resolve the issue or you're unable to reach an agreement, contact JWguest Support within 24 hours of discovering the problem. Provide them with the documentation you've gathered and explain the situation. The sooner you contact us, the better we can help.
- Follow JWguest's guidance: JWguest Support will review your case and may require additional information or suggest specific actions. Follow their instructions and cooperate with them to resolve the issue.
