Change your booking dates
Change dates on a not-confirmed reservation
If your reservation has not been confirmed and has not yet been paid, you can cancel or change it by going to Trips to cancel or change your reservation.
Change dates on a confirmed reservation
If your reservation has been confirmed and paid, and you wish to change the booking dates before your check-in:
- Please email support@jwguest.com with a written request to change your dates, indicating the new proposed dates. This will generate a support ticket, and our team will review your request within 24 working hours.
- Write to the host through your Inbox explaining the situation and asking if the dates you propose are available. Your host will verify whether the new dates are available and the price for them.
The administration fee for the date change is 15 EUR/USD. The fee will be included in your Booking insurance fee.
If the new requested dates are unavailable, you can cancel the booking as indicated in our Cancellation Policies.

Request a date change during your stay
To request a date change during your stay, contact your host. Discuss the date change directly with your host to find a solution. Sometimes, they can offer a reasonable solution.
