Hosts and Guests verification
Our platform is wholly managed by volunteers. We maintain a rigorous verification process to ensure our platform's integrity and safety, especially for our Hosts and Guests.
Hosts verification
Typically, our first interaction with a host stems from word-of-mouth referrals. However, we equally value insights garnered from reviews and input from local brothers and sisters. To foster trust and promote clarity, we usually set up a call with our hosts prior to confirming their first booking. This procedure ensures we address any uncertainties and establish a rapport before their listing becomes active. Our utmost priority is to guarantee a secure environment for our guests. If concerns arise, we don’t hesitate to take necessary actions, including the possibility of barring a host.
Guests verification
Given the volume of daily guest requests, interviewing every individual is not feasible for our team. During registration, we request specific details to verify their identity.
Nevertheless, we encourage hosts to conduct a subsequent interview with potential guests. Before pre-approving any guest requests, hosts should ensure they are in good standing within the brotherhood and that they feel at ease with the guest.
Communication on our website is designed with your privacy in mind. Your specific details will only be shared once you are comfortable pre-approving a rental request. Full disclosure of your surname, address, phone, and email only occurs after a booking confirmation.
We often host full-time servants such as bethelites, circuit overseers, pioneering, LDC, RDC members, etc. For such individuals, the verification process tends to be more straightforward; however, there are instances where it may demand more time and scrutiny.
