Payment and Security deposit

We manage the Platform as an intermediary between the Host and the Guest.
Guest Payment
We handle the entire payment process. This means we will receive the full payment from the Guest via credit card within 48 hours of the reservation.

The total amount requested will be paid within 24 hours of check-in confirmation.
Security Deposit
The Host can set a security deposit that our bank will guarantee for up to seven days from check-in in case of a dispute.
For stays longer than seven days, the Host has two options:
  • Manage the deposit directly with the Guest.
  • I request that JWguest charge the deposit to the guest's credit card. If there is no accommodation damage, the deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay. The Host will be charged a transaction fee of 7% of the deposit amount, which will be deducted from the payout.
